Please ensure that all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package the Items
Place the unused items back in their original box or mailer, ensuring the invoice and all promotional inserts are included.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; please ensure a printed copy of the return label is attached to the exterior of the package.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
